 I purchased a 360 lacefront wig from this seller who goes by the name of P Ming. According to he reviews on her Facebook page and her prompt response time to my emails, I figured his was a legit transaction I would be making. I received my wig in the mail and it looks nothing like what the seller or her online clients are wearing. So I emailed her several times, she told me that the wrong one could have shipped, then her and the owner which in my opinion was the same person trying to run a fast one told me they have been swamped and she sent pictures on her page of some units that she claimed were mine. So she takes pictures of so called units she makes and ships to clients but again the wig did not look like 372.00 more like 100. It was suppoused to have a realistic look with bleached knots and the information is on her site. So again when I asked her about the bleached knots and why did the info say it on the site she stated the site hasn't been updated. [continued below]....

..... So that's fraud. She wants me to return the wig and then she will refund me my money, but I am no fool and will do whatever needs to be done to get rid of this horrible lacefront wig and get my money back. Beware of this online site.

This company again ripped me out of 372.00 for a wig that I am having to fight with Paypal over to get my refund. I received a temporary credit in which Paypal was going to refund me months later until the owners of this faulty company turned around and filed another report stating that I refused to give the wig bag. That’s funny I offered to give the unit back and the company told me it’s nothing they can do with the unit since the lace was cut. So regardless what these people say I bought a wig that was supposed to be customized. Received several messages stating that oh well there policies haven’t been updated on they site so that’s why certain services was not included with the wig. Uh that’s not what it stated on the site and upon ordering. Again FRAUDS, I never needed a freebie I seen synthetic wigs look a million times better than the mess I received and he owner states the money isn’t a problem, ok refund my money and stop trying to fight with me because of a busted wig the company lied about. I have nothing but FACTS to state my claim. Order at your own risk..

Hello Janetta Gregory we have reviewed your complaint and again we apologize for any troubles you may have experienced, but i do need you to understand that we offered you a FULL REFUND once the item was returned! You declined several times. We cannot issue any client a FULL REFUND without the item being returned. At this point it seems like you wanted a free unit. You have already filed a chargeback and have received your money back along with a free unit. I never told you that we sent the wrong unit to you. That’s a complete lie. Each order is made custom and i remember all of my clients, and i ship them MYSELF. I handle all of my clients the same with great customer service. Along with my assistant. We help them in anyway that we can. The unit you ordered did not come with full service (it could’ve been added) and our clients pictured got their units installed properly that’s explains the difference. We offered you a FULL REFUND, offered to add the full service for free, offered a partial refund and a NEW UNIT. We offered to help in any way possible but it still was not good enough for you. We even offered you the FULL REFUND after you cut the lace in which this is against our policy. Once the lace is cut that indicates it’s been worn. By the looks of the photos the lace was cut wrong as well. I am only here to defend my company. I make wigs in my spare time and i want my future clients to know my side of the story. If any of my clients have issues i am more than willing to help in anyway possible! This is what sets me aside from all other wigmakers. My GREAT reviews are REAL from clients that have purchased from me in the past. God bless you! I wish you nothing but the best and again i apologize for any troubles you’ve experienced.
