This company RECORDED CALLS inbound AND outbound of ALL custmers WITHOUT their knowledge/CONSENT which is against the law. They NEVER disclosed they were recording the calls. They recorded CREDIT CARD info and ach and other SENSITIVE information.
What is really ALARMING is that ONLY a COUPLE EMPLOYEES have REPORTED this ILLEGAL ACTIVITY to AUTHORITIES. This company is currently UNDER INVESTIGATION and authorities know this company installed a new phone system. This company received 68 million dollars in 12/10 by 3 investors.
Do these INVESTORS KNOW the JEOPARDY this company placed them in with this "cover-up???"
In the Clearwater/ Tampa location there are approximately 35-40 EMPLOYEES who have FULL KNOWLEDGE of this ILLEGAL practice, BUT HAVE YET TO REPORT THIS TO AUTHORITIES!!!
This company EMPLOYS; business development employees, closers , team leaders, managers, General Mangers, IT Managers, Tech Support Managers, Customer Relation Managers, Vp of Sales, VP of Tech Support, VP of Marketing, VP of Finance and Accounting, VP of Human Resources, VP of Web Development, VP of Outside Sales, PRESIDENT and CEO,and the FOUNDER, YET NONE of THESE PEOPLE reported wrongful/CRIMINAL acts at this company. NONE!
The FOUNDER and TOP MANAGEMENT LAUGH at the law. They think by INSTALLING A NEW PHONE SYSTEM it will be business as usual. THINK AGAIN!
These employees turned a BLIND EYE to what wasCRIMINAL. The economy is tough but WHAT KIND of PERSON would NOT at THE VERY LEAST file an anonymous complaint. WEAK and UNETHICAL people would not SPEAK UP. SHAME ON YOU!
FLEETMATICS MAY BE IN A HURRY, but the LAW may slow you down.
