FLOORING 2DAY SOLD US BAD CARPET, WON'T STAND BEHIND WARRANTY Tempe Arizona

The first part of 2012 we had new carpet installed in our whole house by Flooring 2Day. We went with the carpet highly recommended by the Salesman. After only 8 months, the carpet began to show traffic patterns and wear as well as look dirty. Only 2 people live in our house and we have no pets.

After 1 year we asked Flooring 2Day to look at this since we were convinced something was wrong that it looked so bad so soon. Adam from Flooring 2Day looked at it and a representative from Mohawk, the manufacturer, looked at it and took samples for testing.

Although they admit it looks bad and is not holding up, they refuse to honor any warranty.

Flooring 2Day blames the manufacturer for everything and takes no responsibility although they highly recommended the product as the best. They admit they no longer sell this carpet or recommend it.That says a lot. They know it is bad, but won't do anything to honor their warranty.

We had it cleaned by expensive professionals according to their recommendation with no change in the dirty looking traffic patterns. The cleaning person said it looked older and more worn than a carpet he had just cleaned that was 11 years old.

It has taken months of their "testing" to tell us they aren't responsible. The 25 year 'best you can get' warranty is totally useless. 

No one takes responsibility and we have been ripped off!
