Comprehensive medical solutions billed both me and my insurance compay they billed me the full amount after receiving the payment from my insurance company. Now they are not refunding my money. They keep telling me to wait another 90 days. No one can tell me the status of the refund check.
I have been told the check would be here by 8/5/06 by Alana X209. I was told by a CS Supervisor Ronda X200 that she would look into in and call me back by 17:00 on 8/10/06 then never did.
Thinking I will never see the check. Stay away from this one and pay the doctor directly.

If I run a business then I am responsible from the work being done all the way through the billing process. If I hire a 3rd party company to do my billing they represent me and my business.
Furthermore, how are other consumers supposed to know what billing service this doctor uses, wait till they get the bill?

Why name the doctor in your report? Doctors don't handle the billing matters.
Be persistant. Call everyday, send letters, demand a supervisor. Find out who and where the checks are cut and contact them. Maybe if they get tired of you, they'll quickly cut you a check. Good luck.
