FLOWER DELIVERY EXPRESS ONLINE ORDER OF FLOWERS TIMED OUT. CALLED REQUESTED CALL BACK, NO CALL BACK, ONLY MSG ON PHONE TRIED TO DELIVER FLOWERS, NO ONE HOME. THE FLOWER TOTALLED TOO MUCH, I WAS TRYING TO CANCEL THEM. Florida

I got on the website to review placing order for flowers.  Then called 888-851-2881.  The person I talked to couldn't understand what I was saying.  I tried to ask price for different flowers, vase/basket.

After hanging up, saw coupons online, tried to use to order a vase.  I thought order timed out, msg said promo no longer available.  charge for vase was $29.00 totall $58.00 for delivey.

Next morning, I called, phone unanswered.

No return call.  Evening call said unable to deliver, will try again.

I tried again to reach someone via phone, no answer.

Next day, 3/5/2014, received a  call that a friend had a call thanking her and I for FLOWERS AND BASKET OF FRUIT!  I called 3/6/2014, talked to Jennifer.

Asked to speak to mgr., no one available.  

This is the worst experience I have ever had.  I don't even have a confirmation of order.
