I asked for a floral arrangement.  Flowershopping.com delivered a potted plant which cost me $123.66.   When I complained, they said “arrangement” refers to both an arrangement of flowers and a potted plant.  I was told I had to specify “cut flowers”.  Do NOT use this company!
