Focus Camera poor processing order shipped wrong product Brooklyn New York new york

I bought 2 Browning BTC-5HD Strike Force HD 10Mp trail cameras from Walmart ( I thought) turns out they sent the order to Focus Camera. First try at shipping only sent one camera after emails and phone calls a second camera showed up a week later the second camera was not the HD model . When I called Browning to get updates online for the cameras I was told the non HD would have to be sent back to the factory for update. Called focus Camera to get right camera they told me since I did not have all the orig. packaging I could not return it or get refund.
