i recently attended a a focus on foreclosure seminar that was advertised on tv. it was held at sams town. i was hoping that it was not a scam like the last seminar i went to. i thought i would sign up due to the fact that i had three days to cancel. i would sign up then go home and research these people.

well after getting home and looking at the paper work closer i can see why the law allows 3 buisness days to cancel. the previous week i attended a meeting that seemed pretty similar thats when the red flag went up. it was for company that called themselves income stategies institute.the three day seminar that i signed up for was 199 the same as other company. they told me that by signing up i would get a real estate software cd that had all the paperwork on it that i needed. well first red flag that went up was that they did not have it that there was some kind of mix up at fed ex. they would have to ship out the cd that contains the real estate.income strategies told me the same thing but when i get to the 3 day it was never delivered. i called focus on foreclosure and asked if they offer such software and they told that they do. i then asked him if it came with focus on foreclosure home study guide they told me that it did not. these people tell you good things to get your money but do not deliver. do your due diligence
