Focus Services Workers taken advantage of, then dismissed/fired due to favoritism Ogden, Utah

Focus Services of Ogden UT is by far the most unfair, cheap, and disgusting place to work for in Northern Utah!  It doesn't matter how long you've been employed by them.  If you don't have a buddy in management, or "suck-up" to someone who is, you will never advance to anything.  I have several friends who work there that have been passed-over time and time again for management opportunities because of these reasons.  If you're not someone's drinking buddy or Miss America you might as well forget it.  I have seen people who work lots of overtime, volunteer for extra shifts and weekends (because of the flakes that constantly call-in) that apply and get turned down for phony reasons over and over.  Asking for a raise is also a big joke there.  They want you to beg for a lousy .25 increase and then make you write an essay to payroll stating why you should have it.  I doubt they ever go any farther than the trash can!  These people are back-stabbers and liars who pay the same wage they did 5yrs ago!  The only reason people apply there is because no

 one else is hiring and the turn-over is so high.  It's the big joke of Ogden.  Focus will hire anyone.  Just don't try to be anything but a pee-on, unless you have your lips on someone's butt!
