Called about charges to my account. Told I belonged to the platinum club to help with weight loss. $60 month for 2 months.explained I had moved and did not receive any packages. Asked to speak to Supervisor told my call would not be transferred and they would not remove charges. told me to email the info and they would investigate but still not remove the charges. Would not give an address only. PO Box for contact. This company Provida is a rip off. Said they explained this to me at time of call which they did not say there was a charge especially $60. I would have declined can't afford that kind of money.

once they have your money you are screwed
