We moved into the apartment at Fountain Place in Eden Prairie, MN in December of 2007, and signed a 1 year lease. A month or so into the lease we noticed cigarette smoke coming into the master bathroom and bedroom. This happens on a daily basis. We notice it the most when we are trying to sleep. It burns our throat, nose, and eyes. I have had a cough since February! The smoke even makes my dog sneeze uncontrollably. I have called them several times, and they told us nothing can be done!
We have also been experiencing mold growth in the master bathroom and in the central air conditioner. The smell from the air conditioner is horrible. I can't even sit near it. The air conditioner has been leaking for 3 months now, and they keep saying there is nothing wrong!! The carpet is wet and we can see the leak with our own eyes!!
Think twice about moving into Fountain Place Apartments in Eden Prairie, MN. It is a huge health hazard to our family, and we are stuck for another 6 months!!
