Four Seasons Multiple Services Brad Barry Billed over 3 times the quote, then he was abusive over the phone when I was hesitant about it. Victoria , British Columbia

I had some drainage problems in my backyard with some standing water, so we called Brad Barry because my husband knew him (an acquaintance).   Because they knew each other Brad said he would give us a really good deal, and do things as cheaply as he could you see I didnt have much money at the time and I told Brad this and he assured me it would be ok.  He quoted us $4000 and started work and said it would take a couple of days...well it took 2 weeks, and throughout the two weeks, he kept changing his story as to where the water was coming from and kept asking for money along the way.   He also upped his price to $6500.  Well he dropped off a bill to my place of work for over $14,000.  I was shocked.  My husband called him and told him that we were surprised that it was so much, and we needed time to talk about it. 2 days after dropping off the bill he called me at work and started yelling at me and threatening me that he knew the Fire chief and the mayor and would call me out ?  He also said (yelled) that if we didnt pay by the very next day he would take us to court.  He didnt even finish the job and we are not even sure if it is fixed yet!  I feel not only riped off but violated!
