Francis & Mailman settled my case with Experian, and the payout was $14,500 and they are charging me 98.7% of the settlement for attorney fees and cost, none of this was disclosed to me prior to any negotiations, this is a total outrage that your so called lawyer would be the one who causes the stressful business practices I have ever seen, this Law Firm needs to be reported to the Attorney Generals Office.
