Also scammed by Frank Sequeira

I just wanted to add that I, too, was scammed by this individual way back in 2001. I purchased an engine from him with a turbo for a VW Baja that still needed a few parts. I paid him ~$1700. I never got the engine. He gave excuse after excuse. He's waiting for parts. He didn't have the money for other parts. This happened. That happened. And then, finally, he says that someone came and picked up the engine for me already on my behalf. This made no sense and when questioned why he would do such a thing without contacting me first, he became irate and exclaimed, "F*ing sue me!" So I did. And won. And never saw a dime from him. Lesson learned. Stay far, far away from Frank Sequeira. He is a scam artist. This all happened in Arizona, but it looks like he's slithered on up to Oregon now. Snake.
