Franklin Collection Service a sorry discrimination company Tupleo Mississippi

The collection service had called and was so rude to me even tho i was hard of hearing my self but they were calling regarding my wife.

so they asked to speak to her and i told the rep that she was deaf and they got rude saying put her on the phone and i repeatedly told them she was deaf then they got rude also then told me the name of company that was suing us which my wife has been paying every month and the rep told me no she has not because the rep done called the bank and i told her i believe my wife over them so the rep told me either pay tongiht or will be sued and lose everything my wife had and i told the rep repeatedly we do not have any money after for christmas but continued got rude with me.

altho as deaf and hard of hearing person , we have our rights and they done violated their ways by discriminating about my wifes hearing and lied over phone repeatedly about things and i think its time someone or in the justice department needs to do is shut all of collection agencies down and show them they are nothing to us because they dont treat us like dogs like this rep did so i want something done to every collection agencies and shut them down kind them getting over way their heads because we deaf people or hard of hearing people should not have to go through that or take on things like the rep did so please help us and shut them down for once and all so they wont treat us like dogs ever again so help us get our lives back.

I dont think they would appreciate me going to tupleo on my own because they got real rude with me and making all kind of threats so we should shut them down and get some thing out of it for taking that kind of abuse
