We represent "Cash Advance USA". You took a $300.00 loan from our client "Cash Advance USA" and never bothered to pay them back.
They tried to contact you several times but failed to do so.
We are going to file this case against you by Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at your district courthouse.

The funny thing is I never use this company to borrow money. AS a matter of fact, I never borrowed money from a scam company that's online.
I am notifying the NYS Attorney General to investigate this complaint as well as contacting my attorney to initiate litigation against this company. This is a fraud/scam company.
Do not give out any information to them.
