Frank's Coach & Carriage Broke exhaust and refused to replace it after they said they would Dirty ripoff liars Cleveland Ohio

I took my car there after they said they could diagnose my car,which is a Cadillac,they lied.The only repair shop that could diagnose engine problems is a Cadillac dealer(who knew).

My engine was running rough,shaking and had a knock,so i take it to Frank's to have the motor mounts changed and find out the problem with my car,they found i had leaking oil pan gasket(ok),and heard no knock(deaf hmmm)found no problems with computer or engine.

Ok,so i have the pan gasket & motor mounts changed,they had to drop the back of the engine to change one of the mounts,when they did they broke the front pipe.No problem i thought because they said it was there fault and they would fix it.

I kept smelling exhaust fumes through my vents,i take it back and tell them i want the piece replaced,they say we'll fix it for you,they cut my pipe and spliced another pipe to it,with clamps.Now we all know this doesn't work.

I give up,take my car to Cadillac,They find a bad main bearing two bad fuel injectors and a leaking oil pan gasket(Franks Job)if they fixed my pan gasket why didn't they see the main bearing was worn?O ya before i forget,after i got my car back from Frank's it was running worse than ever,lost about 60% of power a V8 that drove like a 4 cylinder.It's fixed now thanks to Cadillac,there is more to this story,but if you only need an oil change,Frank's might be the place,other than that stay away.
