Frayercreekyorkies Cari Milligan Misrepresenting dogs and or puppies for sale Grand Ledge Michigan

This lady is misrepresenting her animals she is selling. She has ads all over the net in regards to her dogs and or puppies she is selling. She says they will be vet checked and a health guarantee will be given upon purchasing one of her dogs. However she came to me about one of her adult dogs after me initially contacting her about a puppy. She called me and told me she and her husband both decided to sell an adult dog who was healthy and was how she would be going into heat immediately. Once I seen the dog I spoke to her about the dogs ears being so imflamed and she replied she was being treated for mites. Never even seen a vet but she was assuming this was what was wrong. She also had horrible teeth which I said something about because that would affect the dogs health as well. She didn't see anything wrong with them and when I told her she needed to be seen by a vet over this she felt as though an occasional loss of a tooth wasn't bad. Really? She couldn't even show me a health certificate showing this little 2 year old adult had been to a vet ever. She was able to tell me that the lady prior to her did take her to the vet which made me think how little she knows this dog she is selling. I went home and thought about it, I decided to take the little girl under the conditions of them taking money off the amount they were asking so I could take the dog to the vet and get her teeth taken care of. She agreed. 

Now this is where everything began, I put a 200.00 deposit on her via western union as to which she signed for it. She received her cash money. Once received she couldn't tell me anything much less answer her phone and or text message about the health of the dog. She did tell me her ears are going to be cleared up in a few days but nothing about exactly what it really was. She also couldn't tell me about her heat cycle other than the fact that she "thought" she seen a blood spot the saturday prior. I ask her is she possibly missed the heat cycle and she said no, that her male would never miss it. She told me she would go into heat in a week or two or three at the most. Now during this time I find out from her that she hasn't owned this dog long and of course a huge red flag came up when finding this out. So now I have purchased or placed a deposit on a dog that she doesn't even know and that would be why she couldn't tell me anything about her. So my final text was to find out what day she was going to go get her health certificate and she finally responded back say "I got one hell of a deal" and they were not going to get a health certificate on this girl. Her ads posted all over the net says she does this and will give it to you when your ready to get the dog. I was going to also use her sire and agreed to the huge amount they were asking for stud fee. Of course that would require the female to have a heat cycle while being in there home which is why a deposit had been placed. The remaining balance would have been paid for during the time she had the dog due to using her stud.

Once finding out that she wasn't going to take this female to the vet to get a health certificate I decided that I no longer was going to purchase this female due to her changing the agreement in mid-way. I am not the only person she has done this to either. I was contacted by another person who she also misrepresented the puppy she bought. Now her puppy has some serious medical issues and is much larger than the estimated adult size she said he would be.

Anybody who inquires on Frayercreekyorkies please be aware that unless you see everything the day of placing your deposit on a puppy and or adult dog that this lady changes the agreement as she goes along. She has since changed her contact number to something else already. My money was a 200.00 learning experience know that.
