This guy is scamming homeowners. I paid him upfront for cabinets and he spent the money and has never delivered the $1,350 cabinets. He always gave me a run-around story about an emergency health issue he was tending to and that he was working out of town.
I have tried to follow up and have contacted a list of people that he actually gave me as refresces when I initally contacted him for cabinets, and everyone one on the list has told me he is a fraud and has done them wrong.
My husband and I actually helped him move from his Franklin location to his new apartment in Shelbyville where he lives in an appartment above the new cabinet shop he opened on the square. Do not do business with this man. He will rob you blind!

This is a follow up to my previous post. After working with Fred over the past 6 months he did follow through and reimburse me for half the money owed, then he gave me cabinets for the rest of it. I was pleased with the transaction.
