I ordered jeans over 5 years ago.

I get post cards and emails saying my jeans are on the way and they never come.

I get post cards and email advertisements asking me if I want more free clothing.

I have emailed and asked not to get advertisements and I have repeatedly sent all of the information and never received my jeans!
