Freedom Financial LIARS FREEDOM FIANCIAL PLAYED LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME REFUND JUST SO THEY COULD GIVE ME MERCHANDISE CREDIT TODAY!! Pinellas Park Florida

I was called in 4/2007 and was told that I would
be given a credit card that would allow me to rebuild my credit the represenative asked if I had a valid checking account after giving her my bank account information I was that i would recieve a credit card with 3000.00 credit limit but I had to make a 10% down payment of 300.00which would be withdrawn from my account which I agreed to.

I was that I would be recieving paperwork to fill out and send back with copies of my id and a voided check and once that information was recieved they would send my credit card 6 50.00 vouchers to apply to my bill I recieved the information in the mail 6/2007
after reading the paperwork I called freedon financial to let them know that I did not agree to their terms and would like a refund I was told to fax a reason to why I wanted a refund that the process takes 4-6 weeks so I faxed a handwritten letter on the 17t h of july stating that I would like a refund of 300.00 because i did not agree to their terms and conditions I called august,20 to ask about the status of my refund and was told that 300.00 would be refunded to my account september,17,2007 I called today september,11,2007 to check on the status of my refund and was told that they have decided not to give me the 300.00 refund back into my checking account But to give a 300.00 credit for their merchandise I was never told any thing about a merchandise credit throughout the process until today if that was the case I would have filed my report sooner I am a single mother of three and merchandise credit cannot buy food,diapers or school supplies which is something that I believed that I was going to be able to do while rebuilding my credit using the credit card that I thought I was paying 300.00 for.

before I call myself doing business with ANYBODY Im going to check with rip offreport.com FIRST!!
