I have been trying to cancle my Freedom pop account for nearly two months with no success, they claim they hav efree accounts. I am currently on hold trying to talk to an ENGLISH speaking resentative, the last India sounding person said he was going to swith me to the "accpunt cancellation" department. Hung up on me, I have nopw been on hold for over 45 min. still waiting.

Their FREE plan will cost you $12.99  per month, and you can't stop it. The 'free' plan is 200 min a month using your WiFi to connect and they charge you for that ? Yea you tread that right. Here is just a sample of the run around I have been getting from "Dave" you remember Dave.........Dave's not here !

Yes, you will be charged for calls and text.

Hello,

Yes, your minutes and text will be used if you make calls. For Example- If you purchase minutes through similar third party's such as Skype. Those similar third party's would not offer you data service, in other words you would have to pay for minutes and use WiFi in order to make calls. FreedomPop offers a free 500 MB plan that is limited to 400 due to a delay in our system upon reporting your usage. You can fix this by enabling auto top up. Your minutes are free because you do not pay for the basic 200 voice minutes and 500 text. Once your minutes are used you will not be allowed to make/receive calls and send/receive text.

So how much is the free plan going to cost me if I don't go over, BUT you
say I have to use WiFi for calls and text that will be charged to my plan ?
Sorry for being so dense, but that makes absolutely no sense to me.
