I tried to activate my Samsung Galaxy S3 the other day. For some reason I was unable to activate, after waiting for fourth minutes to get a hold of an outsourced call center I was placed on hold several times as my issue kept getting shuffled from person to person. after a call that ended up lasting 2 hours I was told I would need to wait up to 48 hours to get help and that I needed to be ready to except the call at anytime during that period. that was several days ago. I have called two more times with the same response and similar wait times and emailed them regarding my issue with no response. they gladly excepted my money for activation but since then have been slow to do anything more. Also customer service was anything but polite. I would suggest staying away from
