Our compnay hired Freeman, Miller, and Gibson aka Nicky Lee Foster to collect a due sum from an account of ours. The past due account agreed to pay us plus the 25% fee assoicated with the collection - the total was $314.99.
The past due the payment to Nicky Lee Foster at Freeman, Miller, and Gibson -after several weeks of being told by Nicky the check was lost in the mail, it comes out that Freeman, Miller, and Gibson and Nicky Lee Foster did receive the $314.99 from the past due account and are not planning on paying any of the settlement to our company citing they need to "get paid".
We have engaged a licensed and honest collections agent to pursue Freeman, Miller, and Gibson. We have not received payment yet.

I am not sure who you are. We have never received any payment from you; Freeman, Miller & Gibson; nor Nicky Lee Foster. In short, your post is not true. Advise when we will receive payment.

We have sent their small check to them, in spite of the fact that we do not do consumer collections. The fact that they are able to use a service like this to falsify information about a company and the report is actually on-line should be criminal. We are considering litigation against all parties, including Ripoff.com.
