My 11 year old son was solicited through pornographic illegal spam to join the Adult Friend Finder site. Once I learned of this, I installed blocking software to prevent him from coming to this disgusting web site. Unfortunately, he had filled out one of their profiles and uploaded a photo of himself. Upon learning about this, I immediately called the company and Janet told me that they do not remove profiles or photos even after I explained to her that it was a profile and photo of my 11 year old son.
My questions are these:
1. Isn't it illegal for a disgusting pornographic site like this to allow minors to join?
2. Isn't it illegal to publish photos of minors on a pornographic website such as this?
3. As a parent, don't I have any rights to where my children's photos are published?
4. Based on all of the complaints on this site and everything else I have read about this business on the Internet, how can our government allow them to continue to operate?
5. Is there any way that anyone knows of that I can force these jerks to take the photos of my minor son down off this pornographic and offensive website?
Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated!
