The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Ari Todd during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Frontier Merchant Capital Group.



Frontier Merchant Capital is a full service marketing company and advisory firm for publicly traded companies in Canada. They offer several services for their clients including road shows, public relations, media, and general investor relations. Ari Todd further explained that they, "partner with bigger brands in our industry...to do additional types of services for clients.

Leads for Frontier Merchant Capital are primarily obtained through referrals, existing customers or clients, or research on companies that they believe to be undervalued. The sales process begins with Frontier Merchant Capital reaching out to the prospective clients and explaining their services and how their company can benefit. From there is the client is interested, "we'll typically propose a financial market consulting agreement to them. This includes our services and often includes an investment from us to them, and at that point we will assign a client lead."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – FRONTIER MERCHANT CAPITAL GROUP

During the onsite interview Mr. Todd was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Todd expressed that they very rarely receive complaints due to their excellent customer service. Mr. Todd further stated, "we try to always go beyond the call of duty when it comes to service. When a company for example isn't seeing the results from their meetings maybe they're not presenting well or maybe it's not the right type of deal for the market conditions. We will offer other services including our partner services."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Todd stated the following, "so those reports have now been found to be from a fake email and a fake alias...we thought it was a particular competitor who actually used to work for us who had access to that particular client agreement. They posted the client agreement to make it look like it actually was a client, but we still work for that particular client for about four years now and that client has given us an affidavit that they never wrote that report." Mr. Todd further stated, "we are quite confident that prior sales staff and prior contractor were responsible for these reports."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Todd stated, "even though we didn’t do the things that were put into that report we’ve actually created a trading policies and procedures manual internally as a document to ensure that nobody in the company is doing anything along the lines of what’s being accused or talked about in the report. It’s an additional layer of policy, procedures, and internal governance around those types of activities."
