I ordered flowers for my bosses friend at Christmas from Ft. Lauderdale Flower Shop. I used them because website said "Family Owned & Operated 40 yrs. experience" The flowers were never delivered but my account was debited. Phone numbers are actually cell phone numbers. The person who answers, Julie, always says she's "on the road" and will take care of it when she can. Was told numerous times that my account would be credited that day, it never happened. Todays date is 2/13/13. My boss is there on business and tried to visit the shop. There is no bldg at that address and when asked where the shop is, an unidentified man who answered the phone, said they are working in the warehouse, they don't have a shop. When apprised of the situation and asked for a refund, he asked my boss if he was a "tough guy" and said he would not get a refund. My boss went to the police, but since there is no physical shop, was turned away.

I've received word from the bank that Ft. Lauderdale flower shop has processed a refund to the account. Don't know if they read ripoff report, but after 2 mos of repeated requests for a refund, it appears they are finally honoring the request.
