I order and was charged to send a bouquet of flowers to my mother at a well-known retirement community in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Valentine's Day came and went with no delivery. Of course, my card had been charged the day I ordered.
My mother's address was complete and her phone number provided. My number was provided in the account information as well - No calls were received.
The next day, February 15th, also came and went with no delivery. The toll-free number was used to no avail - 35 minute (+) wait each time (They state up front 30-minute wait).
I sent a couple emails to their customer service. They responded on the 19th stating that the delivery won't be able to make it by Valentine's day -Perhaps they were thinking 2007? The email stated that they were going to refund the order and offer a 10% discount on a future order. Gag.
Today, is the 21st of February - There are still no pending transactions (incoming transfers/refunds) at my bank account.
My recommendation is that no one use FTD.com for purchasing anything.

I am not totally sure, but I think per banking regulations, they have up to 15 business days to credit your account.
Good luck.

Today is the end of the FIRST BUSINESS DAY since making the request for a refund. MOST banks were CLOSED Monday, for President's day. If you don't see it in your account by Friday Morning, which will be the Third day I would then give FTD a call and find out whats up. Good Luck. Let us know what happens.
