I orderd a sample of their product months ago. I never used it & called & cancelled through an automated line. I was not at home for a while & received 2 packages. When I called to let them know it was sent to me in error, they informed me they did not have my cancellation on file.
The only refund I could get was for the last order & only if I get it to them by June 26, 2015. I have to pay for the shipping & handling & it has to be in seperate packages. I was offered everywhere from 15% to 70% of my refund so I did not have to have the hassell of mailing back to them!
Really, I want my full refund back as I cancelled it early. I only get $177.00 which I should be getting $354.00. I guess I can see how you stay in business by fraudglently taking money from peoples accounts. Anyone asks me about you believ me I will let them know.
