Fulfillment International Corporation Got me confused ripped me off and refuses to give me a refund Coldwater Michigan

I clicked on to a pop-up advert that had said win a free holiday and then filled in my details thinking that there is no chance of winning this holiday. A week or two later I had received a phone call from the company Fulfillment International Corporation stating that I had won a free holiday and the lady said congratulations.

The name of the lady was Suzanne Lilly. Suzanne merely got me excited and absolutely ecstatic about how good the holiday was and I agreed to the package but only later realising that I had to make a contribution of $937. At this point it was hard to refuse the offer because this lady was very good at her job at selling the package. Then she had told me flights are not included in this package.

I'm very naive and easily talked into believing that this was a good offer so she asked for my credit card details and I at no hesitation gave all my details. Then she told me that this call is going to be handed over to another person and from there on it would be recorded for security reasons. When this guy spoke to me he asked lots of questions, but never told me these were the companies terms and conditions and I did not realise that they will hold this information against me if I cancelled so I still continued not knowing what is going on even at this point.

Then again gave my credit details and after that he told me it was non-refundable. Which again surprised me and even at this point I knew I couldn't do anything about it because he had my credit card details, so I had no choice but to agree to this.

Then when the phone call ended, I looked upon the website researching about the company. When I did find results, it had rip off report claims made against the company. I panicked and I sent them an e-mail wishing to cancel my order. But up until now they have been refusing my wishes saying that the terms and conditions stated it was non-refundable.

Only now I have realised that during the recorded conversation I was so happy that I won something I didn't realise anything of what I was agreeing to. Nor did I realise what the questions were until later as I started to put two and two together. So to me, this seems like a scam and not have I only been saying this but there was another website found that had forum of all the people who think this is a scam.

I've been sending non-stop e-mails to the company nearly every day but they still refusing to give me a refund.

I'm so stressed I don't know what to do. I don't want to go on this holiday. Is there anything you could do to help me?
