Well here is another family that was effected with this scam. When we bought the package in August 2003, we checked even with the Consumer Office of MI, and it seems it was a registered office OK. Now that I paid the last penny for the package, which was not free at all, it has gone bust.
Oh what am I going to tell my family and kids about the promised holiday of a lifetime. Is there something one can do to retrieve the last payment, which was for port taxes and upgrade of cruise cabin.
As the initial package was paid by credit card, can this be claimed back from the visa card. Would like to hear more about this case.

Everyone who had the misfourtune to buy the package from FIC, should file a complaint at http://www.800helpfla.com/~cs/ccform.html
This will put some pressure on the people to return our money. If they were a serious company, like they say in some emails / replies they made, they should have been insured and they should refund for their misdeeds.
