Fun Mobile - The Bolt Blue Club Mobile phone ring tone rip off San Mateo California

My 11 year old son saw the bolt blue club offering a free ringtone, he typed in the number of his pay as you go phone and has now been taken for at least 9 ($18), 4.50 to register and 4.50 first weeks subscription, and now cannot use his phone.

I called the number to speak to a customer rep to explain that he is not old enough to make a contract, with them. Though I called the UK number I got through to an apparently US help desk manned by a guy who said that I had to call the UK, which I had, and it was not something he could deal with.

I have attempted to unsubscribe through their phone service. I also called the 02 help desk and whilst sympathetic they just came back and said that they have no relationship with them at all, and therefore no responsibility.
