A year and a half ago, my wife & I bought some furniture here. A lovely japanese table & bench set. We were promised by the german with the huge mustache, Hans, that it would all be delivered in two weeks. The total was $2500. 2 weeks came with an excuse, and a promise that it would be a week away. Two more weeks, another excuse. Another excuse, and I had the police go down there. I got my table that day.
Three more weeks, I went down with a friend, who is a lawyer, and took the floor-model benches, with a promise that the cushions we ordered would be in the next day.
I gave up after 9 months.
These guys are all illegal immigrants. The arabic guy who owns the place, the chinese, italian, and german guy who work the floor. I had all of their names at one point, and used efoundoutthetruth to do background checks on them. None of them are american citizens.
