I ordered a bed from their website several weeks ago. The delivery company would not return our call for three days, finally I was able to get through to them and they were unexpectedly rude. The day before delivery we moved everything (including their current bed)out of our girls bedroom to make ample room to set up new bed as it is oversized.

We opened the first box only to find we were shipped the wrong item, I immediately called Furniture2Buy, the woman I spoke with is Christina. She asked me to send her pictures of the bed along with the box it was in to prove we had the wrong bed. I did. She called to asked me if I would be willing to take a discount on the furniture and keep this item instead. I asked how much, two days later I still had not heard from her, so I called back. She offered me a $100 credit, I refused and requested they pick up the wrong bed and replace it with the what I ordered (and already paid for).

She called back and offered me $150 off the price, I explained that I am now insulted as this did not even cover the cost of shipping and I need the item I ordered as my children have no bed to sleep in! She explained she would have the new bed shipped to me and place the file on her managers chair so that he would see it the moment he came to work. Again, I did not hear from anyone, so I called back. She did not know who I was and asked me to explain my situation to her. I did. She explained it would be two to three weeks before I would have the bed. Outraged at the time frame, I expressed my anger and asked if her manager saw the file. She said she had not given him the file because we were in negotiations regarding the $150 discount.

Angered even more because it was determined two days before that we were not taking the discount, I requested he call me. Three days later I still have not heard anything, I call again. Christina answers, she did tell me the bed was shipped and the freight company will call when they receive it. I request again that her manager call me, he doesn't. I kept calling, he never called back. I became so outraged at the "run around" I had been receiving that I requested to speak to Christina's manager. She explains that SHE IS the manager. I asked what manager what supposed to call me if she is the manager. She infomed me it was the owner of furniture2buy that was supposed to call me.

I am appalled that owner is aware of a dissatisfied customer, and can not make the time to call. I did receive a call from the frieght company that our bed was in and ready to be delivered. The freight company wanted to give us a two hour window to drop the new bed off in the morning and another two hour window in the afternoon to pick the wrong bed up. I called Christine and explained this is unacceptable, as my husband and I have already missed work to have the wrong bed delivered. We are now expected to miss and entire day of work for their mistake. Finally we get the new bed delivered, right color this time, only now it is damaged. The freight company immediately blames the manufactorer and makes a damage notation on delivery statement.

I immediately call Furniture2buy and inform Christina of the damage, she immediately explains the frieght company is responsible and again requests pictures. I said that I really don't care whose fault it is, the two of them can point fingers back and forth, but I am stuck with a damaged piece of furniture. Christina went on the explain that rather that have the bed shipped directly to me, she had them first ship it to her. She wanted to verify the manufactorer had sent the right color.

She also explained that her manager/owner was furious that Christina even ordered me a new bed - and why didn't she offer us a discount to keep the one we did not order. I explained that I wanted a phone call from the owner or I am reporting their company to anyone who will take my complaint. He still never called, and today I received a phone call from the frieght company that the new delivery was to be a C.O.D. and how did I wish to pay for it? I gave them furniture2buy's phone number. Buyer beware from this company!
