Future Steel Corporation Future Steel scammed and lied to by Moe Ather Markham, Ontario

I put a bid on a Future Steel "clearance" building and Moe Ather contacted me and after some high pressure fast talking on his part I went to the bank and wired him a $1600 deposit. He lied to me and told me this building could be put on the ground. No cement was required according to him. He told me I could buy anchor bolts locally. I got the "engineer plans" and discovered that it required a 18 inch x 18 inch cement foundation. I was  so upset. I then emailed him and told him I could not afford the cost of that much cement. He told me he would sell me base plates at factory cost of $1748 (lie). I had no other choice than to get the base plates. I asked for a refund of my deposit and of course was told NO!!!! Had I known the truth and this building couldn't be anchored right into the ground I would not have purchased it in the first place. My $5000 building quickly became a $8000 building and that is for 3 walls!?!?!?! He also said that the wind load is 150 mph. The plans say 90 mph. He told me there is a 30 year warranty on the building. On the back of the contract it says that Future Steel is not responsible for any warranty because they are only the supplier even tho on their website they claim to be the manufacturer of these buildings and that is why they can offer CLEARANCE buildings. LIES AND SCAMS!!!!! I now realize these are ALL scams. LIES AND SCAMS!!!!! LIES AND SCAMS to get your money!!! Hefty price for a disabled person like myself to be scammed out of :(
