GA Lock and Key LLC Price gauging, Extra charges for work, Discriminates against women, Doesn't repair their work Atlanta Georgia

Needed house locks rekeyed due to restraining order. Never provided an estimate over phone or when technician arrived. Technician removed 5 locks and I was locked in my house with no door available for escape in emergency as he left to get more parts and didn't return for 45 minutes. 6 locks were rekeyed. One lock was reinstalled upside down. Charged $600 for the work which included removal and installation and rekey charges for all 6 locks. One lock was never removed/installed but was charged for it anyway. Called numerous times over a period of over a week to get money back for charge of removal/installing lock that was not removed and to get technician to return to fix upside down lock. Office manager is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with, argues, puts you on hold forever, promises to send out technician even as far as setting up a return appointment time to which technician never arrived, tells me this is just how the service industry works, promises return phone calls to address issues, refuses to provide her management/owner information to speak to about concerns. Never use this business - they will rip you off! This is a clear example of a business taking advantage of women in a horrible situation to better their own pocketbook.
