Galaxy was supposedly holding interest earned on two leases I owned with Resort Holdings/Yucatan Resorts, in The Avalon Grand Hotel in Cancun.
I purchased these leases 9/14/2001.
The State of Arizona is redeeming my initial investment over the next three years because of an uncontested settlement but has not addressed Galaxy Property Management who should have collected 11% for the first 3 years and 9% for the following 3 years.
Galaxy does not answer their telephone anymore. At first they had an answering service say the New Orleans hurricane had shut them down. This message was heard from after the hurricane through February. In March the message said their mail box was full.
Does anyone know a way to redeem these monies?
