Here we go again. Paid for an account December 21st 2009. Today is December 27, 2009 almost the 28th. Sent them countless e-mails only to get the trusted response they send back in 2 seconds flat.... The automated response that has nothing to do with your questions. lol go figure.
Just Don't buy from these guys period!! There is no Live chat, No e-mail support (other than automated which gets you nowhere) the only thing that does work is there stupid Virtual Live chat with a machine thats just as dumb as there company.
But i can't lie completely i did get 1 actual human reply, but thats b4 I purchased the account. I sent a e-mail asking about an account they had. So they are phising customers in, once they get you, say good bye to your money you will never see anything in return.
So tomorrow I get to call my bank and cancel the process.
Save yourself the trouble and do the research b4 you buy from these companies.

I have reviewed your complaint. Based on the timing of this complaint, we believe you are the following individual above as you provided us very little information.
Here are the timeline of events that occurred on your order.
- On July 20, 2009 at 11:43 AM EST, you placed your first order with our company.
- On July 20, 2009 at 2:54 PM EST, we completed your service and sent an e-mail to your @yahoo.com e-mail address.
- On December 27, 2009 at 9:52 PM EST, you placed a second order with our company. During this time, we informed you immediately after your order that we would NOT BILL AND SETTLE your transaction until you received your completed service. We then informed you there would be delays on your order as the account you purchased was an account that was on consignment and listed on our website which we were waiting for the seller to deliver your information.
- Instead you file a ripoffreport and include 3 other websites which only 1 of them we are partners with as well as slander our company stating we stole your money when we never even billed you for this transaction
- On December 30, 2009 at 6:34 AM EST, we then informed you that we would proceed with voiding the transaction entirely.
- On December 30, 2009 at 7:42 AM EST, you then send an e-mail cursing at us for confirming that you would NOT be charged for this transaction (see attached document).
As for the second individual who posted, we have no clue who you are or if you are even a real customer but I believe you have the wrong company as you mentioned Gamepal who is owned by a completely different company.
