New Chamberlain garage door opener installed improperly on April 8, 2018 has broken twice in first month due to door weight imbalance which should have been balanced at time of installation. Argumentative technician tried to charge senior citizen for services under 3 year warranty. Technician was unprofessional and unskilled, left bare wall control socket, and Gerry-rigged another with antenna wire.
Car remote was not programmed, and we have had to hire a second certified company to do the job correctly. Refund of $730.00 is being sought through American Express Purchase Protection Plan. Have also filed formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Company work vehicles do not bear proper painted signage as required by FL state law. This company is crooked, and acts just as shady as they look!
