Gardenranger Did not deliver items that were advertised, Sent inferior items that did not even resemble items that were ordered Internet

 I recently placed an online order from Gardenranger.co.uk for a DISCENTE down ski jacket and I payed 200 GB pounds. I was concerned about the lack of coorespondence from Gardenranger, and I sent them several emails with no reply.

Finally, I received an item from this company that was shipped from China, my charge card was billed from China, and the item was not what I ordered. I received a jacket from Amercrombie (it looks like a fake jacket) it was different model, different colour, wasn't dawn jacket etc. 

I reported the error to Gardenranger via "contact us" link on their website, and at first got no reply. After 2 weeks a woman answered that they were very sorry they had made a mistake but she coud do anything for be intead of 15% return of costs. She told me that Abercrombie jacket is a bestseller of the website and I should be lucky to have one! I reported this fraud to my bank and I am waiting for their decision because the payment was done by credit card and I made a complaint.
