My Client a Widow was left with multipleProperties upon her Husbands death. One was a large Commercial Land Parcel and Quincy Gardner issued an LOI and Refund Guaruntee for her Due Diligence Deposit. After 2 months he said property was in a declining Market (this was 2007, all Markets were declining!) and said she shuld have disclosed that and used that "Misrepresentation" as a reason to keep het money.
No return calls, No Refund, No Loan.
