gardner commerical capital stated that they could help obtain finanical for individuals trying to buy a small business and which time they required you to put up due diligence fee of $6500.00 forwhich was to be deposited into there bank of america checking account routing number 053000196 acct. number 002370007139... this was done on january 16th, 2008.

upon doing so, they waited 30 days and stated that they could not do the loan and guaranteed us they were going to refund all of the clients who deposit money into there accounts.... as of this date, we still have not recieved our money and they are not answering their phones nor returning messages... the owner of this company is quincy gardner...
