Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I E-Mailed an order to gardnerschoice.net and have never recieved what I ordered , I have E-Mailed then on 3 occasions asking when I would recieve my order , they have never E-Mailed me back any response. I have also telephoned there "so-called" Customer sevice number and left a message on their answering machine, because they keep letting you hang on a long distance phone number forever until there answering machine comes on ( no 800 Number)My credit card has been charged and still no delivery of my order

Have not received my trees or grass seed

I am still looking for my order. they owe me Trhee (3) trees fast growing and 30 Lbs of high quality Grass seed. Such things as this is going to stop me from Internet shopping. thanks

Out of the 10 trees I ordered, only 2 are still alive,and of course are not growing anywhere near what was advertised,they were supposed to grow in one season more than other trees grow in a year they are still little plants,nothing like advertised,When it comes to this company,JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!!!!! This is ripoff city

AFTER WRITING MY INITIAL REPORT,AND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER WORD TO ME EITHER BY E-MAIL OR RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS, TODAY JUNE 7 2001 I RECIEVED MY ORDER. UPON OPENING THE BOX I FOUND 6 OUT OF THE 10 PLANTS TO BE DEAD.THERE IS A NOTE IN THE BOX THAT SAYS THAT EVEN IF THE PLANTS LOOK DEAD THEY WILL REVIVE UPON PLANTING. WE SHALL SEE. IF SO ,I WILL APOLOGIZE TO THIS COMPANY, HOWEVER ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH THE SLIGHTEST AMOUNT OF COMUNICATION IN THIS WORLD WHERE COMMUNICATION IS SO EASY AND FAST.
