Gardners Choice Took my money and did not send the Royal Palownia ripoff to thousands of consumers on this site Hartford Michigan

Connecticut Better Business Bureau sent me an email stating that Gardner's Choice is now incorporated in Michigan. I could not find an incorporation in Michigan for Gardner's Choice. In lieu of filing the complaint with Michigan Better Business Bureau, file the complaint with the attorney general's office as I stated in another post.

I also had a negative experience with Gardner's Choice. I ordered the Tree Tomato and it arrived dead. I had tried to contact Gardner's Choice at the number suggested (269-621-2481), but only received a busy signal for two weeks. I then tried to call the Lipenwald number suggested and was told that they no longer represent Gardner's Choice. However, they did provide me with a number that I was able to get through to Gardner's Choice on. Use the number 269-621-2447. I contacted them and they said that they would send me a refund in two to three weeks. If I don't receive it, I'll post here again.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. The plant arrived in dirt with a box with slits. Whether the plants will live is anybody's guess but I am just glad they arrived.

I will not be taking any further action, but here is some help to people still having problems.

Gardner's Choice is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lipenwald, Inc. Lipenwald Inc is a Connecticut Corporation. Gardner's Choice address is 81961 County Road 687 South P. O. Box 8000 Hartford, MI 49057-8000. The telephone number of Gardner's Choice is 1-269-621-2481.

I would recommend that all initial communication go to Gardner's Choice. If that doesn't work, go to Lipenwald Inc. If Lipenwald doesn't respond, go directly to the President of the company.

In the meantime, you will need to file an internet fraud complaint. The address is www.ifccfbi.gov When you file the on-line complaint you will need the dates you tried to contact the company. You will also need all the information I have provided.

Gardner's choice has an unsatisfactory record with the connecticut better business bureau. You may file an online complaint by going to www.bbb.org.
