Mr.Byers took 2,000.00 from us to file suit against N.F.Investments for leaving an illegal lien on our house for 6 years.

Mr.Byers rarely would call us or return calls. He never gave us copies of anything, as was our right to have them. He filed the suit, then let it drop, and have no idea it dropped. Had us in court under false promises of this is it, your case is over, you will get your money in 30 days. B*&*&!

We where screwed by NF Investments, and we guess Byers wanted sloppy seconds cause he bent us over and screwed us again.

Time runs out Aug.1st/2007. We can not refile after that. We are busted broke and can not get another lawyer to take our case unless we have 5,000 and that just to start. I cant spare 5.00 much less 5,000.

Our law suit was a slam dunk case. Everything was on our side, even a judge who was shocked at what we went through..everything was great everything except
OUR SO-CALLED LAWYER GARLAND BYERS JR. WHO NEEDS HIS LICENSE RIPPED FROM HIM AND RUN OUT OF TOWN.
