This is one of three roof I had installed by this company, all at the same time. This roof it the worst roof I have seen installed. There is a large dip in the middle of the roof, the way the roof was installed it rendered the existing gutters useless. The snow dams were installed almost at the end of the winter(9 months after roof was installed), after large chunks of snow and ice damaged the lower roof and all of our plants around the house. The edging has gaps in it all around the house. The seams are crooked. The ridge vent has waves in it. After looking at so many other metal roofs we were looking to something that was beautiful, only to end up with something that looks like garbage. There have been many calls to the company to get this fixed and we are still waiting.

Yes this is your company! After checking the other 2 roofs we found that no snow dams had been installed and that the gutters were rendered useless on both of them as well, same as on the main house. What kind of company charges 25k to install new 3 roofs, does such a lousy job and does everything they can not to make it right. The last time we called the person that answered the phone was screaming at me telling me that it was not their fault that I was not satisfied with the quality of work that has been done.
