We have purchased Browards home waranty insuracne for appliances and AC.
Called them; Broward for a repair, work on AC unit, and they say we are not covered for the unit. Our contract , in writting, lists AC under 3ton is covered, and this unit is far less of the size limit.
Their repair technican states as well as the owner Steve, that this unit isnt on the policy, and that is a lie. The policy states our AC is covered. They just dont want to pay for it. We were quoted over $2K to repair.
I am contacting an attorney and the Atty. Generals office.
