i ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and it has been over a month and i still have not received them yet. i should have had a clue when there was no shopping cart and that i had to order the glasses separately.
the phone number says he is out of the office.....thats about a month that he has been out of the office. and email forget about it. no response at all. i am on a mission i am going to find every site that i can submit a complaint regarding this man and his company until i get a response from him and get my money back. i don't even want the glasses anymore.

! Matrixeyewear.com DOES deliver, but it is absolutely not worth all of the hassle. !
Dealing with and ordering from Matrixeyewear.com is like talking to a brick wall and receiving absolutely no response whatsoever after filing with ripoffreport, numerous emails (which had absolutely no reply) a complaint filed with a separate fraud prevention website (sorry, can't remember the name), attempted phone calls to nonexistent or false numbers, and a few letters written and sent to the address via regular post.
Through my experiences Gary Ruplinger is nonexistent for all I know. I can't remember all of the specifics, it was about a year ago, but I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from him via money order sent by regular mail. For the next 7 months, I dealt with a lot of hassle and much frustration but never got as much as a word from "Gary".
Finally I resigned myself to the loss after finding out it would be a considerable fee and long process to stop payment and get a refund for my money order and I just resolved to be smarter and more careful next time. One December day, I was checking the mail as usual and I had a small box from the same address as listed on his website from "Gary Ruplinger". My sunglasses had finally come although there was nothing in the means of an apology, thank you, or anything on that matter except an invoice that contained no useful information at all.
The only interesting thing I discovered was the invoice said "Payment received 11/15/06 Order shipped 11/18/06" or somewhere around those dates. Lo and behold, I received my order and was satisfied with the glasses, although they were cheap reproductions but it is to be expected for the low price.
I received the glasses nearly 7 months after I had sent in payment! DON'T order from matrixeyewear.com unless you are prepared for much frustration, cheap reproductions that don't live up to the promises, a brick wall for customer service, and a general risk that you may not receive the order at all or until long after you have forgotten or given up.
I hope this will at least give some answers and/or hope to the person(s) who filed complaints. I have received no responses or information about my previous complaints filed and having received my order and dealing with all of the BS I went through, I am not even going to bother beginning the quest for a refund. Thank you for your time and I hope this clears up some frustration or at least gives some answers.
