Geckobackpackers.com.au Emily so-called customer service rep This is a fraudulent Chinese internet company that sell shoes. It has a Australian domain address, but it's really a Beijing based company (Zheng Garment Beijing). They process your credit card information and take you money than claim they never received it, they try to get you to wire transfer money. I provided them with all my bank account information showing where the were credited and my account debited from my account and they still play dumb like they don't have your money. This is a Beijing China based internet firm using an Australian domain address selling shoes retail. They will process your credit card information and then make it appear like the transaction went through. The days will pass, and they'll tell you credit card didn't go through, that it didn't pass their risk audit. You show them with undeniable proof that your financial institution process it from your account to their benefit, they continue to deny and suggest you do a wire transfer. This is a fraudulent company and show be avoided.
