The title while seeming a bit dramatic is in fact representitive of the problems that are systemic within our society.

I personally attended Genesis Ibo center in march 2016 after becoming online "aquaintances" with the proprieters of said facility several years earlier but having never met... I might add that we had occasion to argue vehemently on several occaisions, such is the reality of Ibogaine and the shortcomings of text type interaction.

My first recollections of "complaints" of Genesis were about a year earlier when I reffered a friend, long time addict to Genesis..the result was a long list of complaints and whining about everything. That should be seen as a red flag,..not about the facility but rather the nature and character of the complainant themselves and while the world of ibogaine tx is so dark in nature, I can honestly say that The Genesis Ibogaine center is something of a beacon in the night and the misconceptions and outright lying by a few individuals do EVERYONE a disservice.

I could easily write 5000 words on the positive ethics ,professionalism and genuine warmth of the staff and dr's along with just the right amount of friendliness by those staff members to make what could be a scary experience quite tolerable,In fact I cannot say enough about the good nature and proffesionalism of these folks and so I will leave it at that.

In closing, the mere existance of these "ripoff" sites probably does more harm than good.. In my own search for the truth

I have turned to these forums a number of times and each time (3 or 4?) the info gleaned from them proved to be th biggest ripoff of all.

You only hurt your clinic which is Ibogaine University for posting stuff like this lol.  I'm a REAL patient and they used REAL ibogain hcl and I been clean for literally one year as of Feb 24! Sue Skype me when I was on my way down from Florida because I was nervous. So if ur worried about seeing the dr and staff why didn't you ask to Skype them. I know this is ibogaine university because I actually did call them before I went to Genesis and decided not to because they said they used iboga root and since I'm a biomed researcher from USF I knew there was know way to know the exact amount of ibogaine unless it was extracted. Plus why would I go to a clinic that's double the price?! Genesis was on the beach I had my own mini apartment and I got a massage and I didn't spent one penny additionAL to the 4k I spent on treatment!! That's why ibogaine university has it out for genesis because they are charging half the price lol. And to the person who said the bathrooms are dirty I ask why were u in a bathroom other than your own since ur room has a PRIVATE bathroom. That means u were in someone else's bathroom...also what was ur nurse name. Someone who has that serious of an issue would know the nurses name who refused to give u ur clothes lol. Let's b real!! I went to this clinic Feb 22 2014. This is so far from true...u get ur own room with a dresser. And u bring ALL your belongings with u. The nurse even hung my clothes up for me. Anytime I took a shower someone would pick it up and put it away. She even washed my clothes. The laundry room is right next to the bedrooms so this is such a joke! And Sue is the sweetest person ever. I've been in contact with them since the day I left the facility. I will have been clean for a year this next week. I've also had a baby since my stay. If it weren't for this facility I would have had yet another child on methadone! You are more than welcome to look me up for info on ibogaine. I'm a real patient. I live in Florida with my husband and 4 kids. This is just astonishing that these clinics are supposed to be helping ppl get sober but they are so jealous that genesis charges a decent price for treatment so they have to make false claims to try to sabotage them. Seems like they need to focus more on their patients rather than trying to waste time talking about another clinc.

I was looking into using Genesis Ibogaine. The real first red flag I had was that when I was talking to them on the phone they continued to say "Do not use SUCH AND SUCH Ibogaine clinic, they are horrible."

They mostly bashed on Ibogaine University... at the time I didn't have a clue. 

It was actually kind of dumb on their part becuase I don't usually take people's word for things.

So I started to look into other Ibogaine clinics and Ibogaine University...

I didn't make a decision overnight which is what I guess most people do. And what happened blew my mind.

I guess genesis doesn't think before they do things because, during the time I was looking into their business THEY CHANGED THE PICTURES OF THEIR DOCTORS TO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE!

I wish I had taken pictures of their old site because literally, while I was looking into their Ibogaine facility, they changed the pictures to completely different people but with the same names...

When I asked them to comment on it they just avoided the question (over the phone).

I ended up actually BEING ABLE to talk to the doctor at Ibogaine University and they also showed me a valid and actual license number that I check on and it was legitimate.

I am so glad Genesis Ibogaine Treatment Center told me about ibogaine University because it ended up helping me make the best decision I possibly could have. 

And with all the other negative reviews about Genesis I am thankful I didn't go there and have an even worse review to write.

We were aloud to keep our computers and phones, nothing was taken from us

only our wallets and passports , (they were locked up for safe keeping) we could get them at any time we needed them, My daughter hes been amazing since her treatment, We will be eternally gratefull for the professional and friendly way we were treated at Genesis,The house keeper keeps the clinic in top condition not a mark or dust anywhere, I would highly recomend Genesis to anyone thinking of having the treatment,Sue and Lou along with Dr Morales could not have made us feel more welcome

If the person who wrote the false and slanderous report against Genesis was really even there, which I know they were not, I ask them to please describe details about the inside of the facility and any other details only a person that was actually there would know that they can prove they were there.

Then I can provide proof they are lying as they were never even there.
